Leases are 352 days starting June 6th till May 23rd, 2027.
A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is due upon signing the lease.
If you are a college student, a parent/guardian will be required to co-sign the lease.
The rent payment does not include utilities.
Each unit will have 3 parking spaces in the garage, up to an additional 2 outside spaces can be rented for $55/month per space. Additional spaces available pending demand.
No smoking in any of the units.
All units include washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ovens.
All units have a security system, monitoring is an extra fee.
No pets are allowed.
